Our products are featured worldwide in high-end residential and commercial projects. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a versatile Marketing & Customer Excellence Assistant to strengthen our team.
Job Description
As a Marketing & Customer Excellence Assistant, you are an essential link within our organisation.
You combine administrative accuracy with a creative mindset to enhance our brand presence. You work closely with the sales team, management, and our external partners.
Your Responsibilities
Marketing
- Creating content for the website, social media, and newsletters.
- Managing and maintaining social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn…).
- Supporting photoshoots, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Keeping marketing materials up to date, such as brochures, price lists, and presentations.
- Contributing ideas to commercial actions, branding, and market positioning.
- Creating visuals and presentations (knowledge of Canva/Adobe is a plus).
Customer Excellence
- Processing and following up on orders, invoicing, and customer administration.
- Supporting the sales team with quotations, product information, and documentation.
- Telephone and written communication with clients and partners.
- Organising and planning appointments, showroom visits, and internal events.
- Structuring and maintaining internal administration and CRM systems.
Profile
We are looking for a dynamic and organised talent who identifies with the following:
- A strong interest in design, interiors, and lifestyle.
- Communicative, accurate, and proactive.
- Administration energises you — you work in a structured and detail-oriented way.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Office, CRM, Canva; Adobe is a plus).
- Strong writing skills and a visual eye for social media.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English and/or French.
